Exact Fabrication Services (EFS) is a reputed and well known heavy engineering company that caters mainly to the oil and gas industry and to the other general engineering industry as well. Established in 1989, in of name Al Rashed Engineering fabrication services our firm provides services to Saudi Arabian Oil & Gas industry. In year 2020 ,the company legal name was change to Exact fabrication services

Our Fully Equipped Machining, Welding and fabrication works shops meet the demands of On-Shore & off Shore industry requirements.

Exact Fabrication Services  is one of the front runners and its contribution to the Oil & Gas Industry has been well accepted and recognized throughout the Kingdom. Our sustained service contracts with SAUDI ARAMCO  and other drilling contractors in the Kingdom vindicates this claim.

The facility is well maintained for its services in product quality, personnel, Safety &working environment as per company operating & achieved International Standards, namely API Q1 &ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems ,ISO 14001 for environment Management System & ISO 45001 for Health & Safety Management System.
We hold also Four API Product Monogram Licenses (5CT-0433,7-1-0274, 6A-0565,16A-0159) Offering a comprehensive range of manufacture, repair /remanufacture and recertification of Specialty Oilfield Equipment’s.

The company is fully equipped to manufacture products under its scope. The facilities in this unit include Computer Numerical Control Lathes (CNC),Vertical Milling machine(VMC),  Heavy Duty Lathes, Boring Machine, Radial Drilling Machine, Milling Machine, Shaping Machine, TIG Welding Unit (GTAW) & Shielded Metal Arc Welding Unit (SMAW), Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), Hotwire Auto GTAW Machine ( Polysude) , Cooper heat self-contained Heat treatment Unit (Pre-weld & Post-weld heat treatment), Stork electrical resistant  Heat treatment, Electric  Furnace, Hydro test, Gas nitrogen test  machine and Kemplating (Rust Preventive treatment for threads) etc.

The company employs well-qualified, trained, experienced and competent multi-national workforce who have high skill and proficiency to produce products that always adequately meet the requirements of contracted jobs.

The company has a long tradition for its systematic working and the company’s quality system stands certified for ISO 9001 and API Spec. Q1 since June 1996 and has aligned the quality system to the requirements of ISO 9001 and API Spec.Q1 Standards.
